Murder Isn't So Bad

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) is responding to the Chinese coronavirus crisis by commuting the sentences of 14 felons convicted of murder or being involved in a murder.
Newsom made the decision to more quickly commute felons’ sentences in the midst of the coronavirus, providing early release through parole to about 19 felons — some of whom killed children and one convict who murdered a pregnant woman.

Leftists Blast My Pillow Guy For Rose Garden Speech

Mike Lindell stated during his speech that he “hopes to have his company producing 50,000 medical face masks a day to distribute around the country by the end of the week,” The Washington Examiner reported March 30.
Lindell also gave an inspiring talk about the importance of faith during the pandemic. He thanked the Trump administration for its leadership:
“God had been taken out of our schools and lives … I encourage you to use this time at home to get back in the word, read our Bibles, and spend time with our families ... Our president gave us so much hope where, just a few short months ago, we had the best economy, the lowest unemployment, and wages going up. It was amazing. With our great president, vice president, and this administration, the other great people in this country, and praying daily, we will get through this and get back to a place that is stronger and safer than ever."

It Must Be Old Age

I've been reading a great deal about how humane societies and how they are suffering with donations due to the virus crisis. Being the softie that I am I decided I could help.

In the summer we oftentimes reside in Cass County Minnesota. Our community of Hackensack has a wonderful cat/dog shelter. We like it because they do not put down animals. They'll keep them until they're adopted.

We live in Dublin Ohio. There's a very large shelter in Franklin County. I thought it'd be good to send them a VISA donation so I got on the internet and proceeded to do the deed.

Five minutes after the transaction was completed I received a thank you. Except, the thank you came from Franklin County Kentucky. Hey, a dog's a dog, right?

I know my conscience will get the best of me and tomorrow, most likely, Franklin Co. Ohio will see the proper donation of kibbles and bits coming their way.

An Amateurs View Of COVID-19

Some people will get the virus
Some people won't get the virus
Some will die of the virus
Some won't die of the virus
Some have a built in immunity in their bodies to keep them from getting the virus
Some have a partial immunity in their bodies so when they do get sick it won't be quite so bad
Some people will be killed in a car wreck today
Some babies will be born healthy
Some babies will be born with congenital illnesses
Some will die of cancer today
Some will be told their cancer is cured

It's all blind luck.

This Photo Made Me Laugh

I'm sure this photo illustrates my demented sense of humor. Those who know me best would agree. Somebody is very clever.

Bitch, Bitch, Bitch

Isn't it sad how our politicians don't come together to offer encouragement in this time of crisis. On a daily basis pols play the blame game. Have you heard this before: Trump isn't doing enough to help us as if he was Dr. Albert Schweitzer. Maybe, when Trump saw this coming and tried to set into action a plan by shutting down our borders, the party not in office could have called off bogus impeachment.

My favorite complaint comes from the mayor of New Orleans, LaToya Cantrell.See the source image

She blamed their COVID crisis on Donald J. Trump because HE didn't shut down Mardi Gras. What the hell is her job, anyway? Isn't it to run the City?

From Pelosi to the governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer, it's a non-stop cacophony of verbal poop.

If our country and the elected leaders had acted this way from 1941 to 1945 we'd all be singing Deutschland Uber Alles at baseball games.

Remember When He Said This

Did Cuomo say this before or after he had the lights of the Empire State Building turned on to celebrate the passage of abortion up to birth bill?

She's Some Kind Of Stupid

A Rhode Island public school teacher with a history of harassing school choice supporters has posted an offer on social media to pay for someone with COVID-19 to cough on President Donald Trump.

Amy Bednarz is a 6th grade teacher at Villa Nova Middle School in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
I might be mistaken but I do believe this is what's called terrorism. I hope she enjoyed her job. It'll be gone before next Friday arrives.

Is This Why People In San Francisco Appear Confused

Chief Heather Fong is the first SFPD female, lesbian chief of  police.

Theresa Sparks, a former male, is president of the San Francisco Police Commission, and CEO of a multi-million dollar sex toy  retailer, and a transgender woman.

Sgt. Stephan Thorne, a former female, is the first transgender male  SFPD police officer.

Where else are you going to find an Asian lesbian police chief, one  deputy chief who is a woman who was a man, another deputy chief who is a man who was a woman, and a police commissioner who was a man  is now a woman and whose full-time job is running a dildo store.

Their Representative in Congress is Nancy Pelosi.

What Am I Missing About The Financial Aid Bill

Congress just passed a bill providing $1,200 to the 150 million workers in this country. Their individual tax on this will cost them $13,300. What am I missing?

Will The Chinese Ever Learn

Daily life is getting back to normal in Wuhan China. The people believe the worst is over with the Coronavirus. Evidence of this can been seen in the outdoor food markets. Cages filled with ducks, rabbits, dogs and cats are everywhere. Yes, bat soup is once again on the menu in restaurants.

Make Up Your Mind

Epidemiologist Neil Ferguson painted the grimmest of pictures: 2.2 million dead people in the U.S., 500,000 in the U.K.

His Imperial College London model was heavily cited, including by The New York Times, and has helped guide government decision-making, which has occasionally bordered on hysteria.
But Ferguson also said that things could change if governments took strong action to slow the virus and “flatten the curve” — the upward swing of the number of infected.

Earlier this week, Ferguson — who himself has contracted the virus — testified before the Houses of Parliament and said the death toll in the U.K. could be less than 20,000.

I Remember

Saturday: A Day With Nothing

Her Majesty sent me to Kroger food this morning. She needed yeast for cooking. They didn't have any. In times like these it must be good to be Jewish.

I watched a W.C. Fields film this afternoon. I defy anyone to come up with funnier movies than were made in the old days. Speaking of funny. I spend a great deal of time looking at old Johnny Carson clips with Buddy Hackett. His stories are so hilarious. You should You Tube his Duck Story. You won't be sorry. The best aspect of Carson is it's not political as it is with the hate filled people of today.

We're supposed to have rain in Central Ohio for the next 36 hours. This is good. My pooch hates going outside in the rain. How he can hold it in is beyond me but I like I don't have to put on my galoshes.

I've decided to wear my same jeans for as long as I'm sequestered. Oh, I'll wash them but since no one's around I'll put on my bathrobe until they dry out.

I've had gasoline in my tank I put in three weeks ago. I'm saving money. Who says sickness isn't profitable.

Had enough of this nonsense? So have I.
