Words And Phrases I Never Want To Hear Again

A couple of weeks ago I wrote about how much I vomit when I see the Liberty Mutual commercials on television. Lord kill me dead if I see another one.

Back in the late 60's I felt that way about the word 'groovy'. We can thank Simon & Gafunkle for that gem but every teeny bopper in the country adopted it.

Well, in these contemporary times through primarily the putrid media we've been inundated with words and phrases that cause me to shiver.

Systemic racism, white privilege, safe, new normal, Were all in this together, stay home, social distancing, six feet, protective mask, existencial racism, flatten the curve, wash your hands, unprecedented, uncertain times, cancel culture and social justice. When I hear that last one I just want to say, "Eat Me."
