Watching Michael Jordan on the basketball court was a thing of beauty. I would imagine those appreciative of the Bolshoi Ballet would think the same. When MJ retired from the NBA I gave up watching, too. I've moved on to other things, the same way Jordan has done with his life. I don't know what happens to some people when they become rich and famous and powerful. This is only gossip but Jordan seems to have had, along with Charles Barkley, an iron clad control over the life of Tiger. Jordan is the king of gamblers. Were he to set up foundations for the underprivileged I'd have a softer spot in my heart for him. Jordan turned into a serial philanderer. His wife of 17 years was beautiful, intelligent and sophisticated. She had no choice but to put everything they had into the dumpster. Now, I'm presenting a story from Sports Illustrated regarding Jordan's high school basketball coach. It isn't a pretty one. The guy has had a tough go lately and wonders why he hasn't heard from the guy who he mentored those many years ago. It's a sad story.
