Did you hear about the travails of Chase Culpepper? The 16 year old teenager stopped in to the South Carolina DMV for a drivers license photo but was denied the request until facial make-up was removed. In the tradition of today Culpepper sued the DMV-----with the help of the Transgendered Society of America because Chase is a he and not a she.
