This three year old lil' cutie has been banned from preschool for what the administrators of the place called inappropriate dress.
Call me silly but I don't believe three year old boys know about or could less about girls.
I don't know why the big fuss. In ten years her school will be supplying her with birth control pills.
The school is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
