My Grandma Didn't Look Like This When She Was Sixty-Four

Christie Brinkley was photographed by Emmanuelle Hauguel in Turks & Caicos.

My Grandma Dickerson was great fun. She lived with us after her husband died in 1948. She spoiled me to the hilt until she died in 1960 at age 72. Grandma wore wore rim glasses, had false teeth, drank too much vodka when her daughter wasn't around and always wore flower designed dresses and black shoes with holes in the toes. That was the style for oldsters then.

So, here's Christie Brinkley at 64. You'll probably say I shouldn't compare her with my granny because she's on a nutritional program and just possibly had a nip and tuck along the way. That's okay though. There are a lot of celebrities around who have let themselves become grossly overweight.
Elizabeth Taylor in her last years could have been a spokesperson for Golden Corral.

Christie might be the most famous person to come out of the little burg of Monroe, Michigan.

On the flip side life hasn't been all cookies and cream for the lass. Four failed marriages might be considered a downer to most of us one timers. Twice maybe. But four?
