Joltin' Joe Gave An Interview On Jobs

It's a never ending brain lapse with Joe. B. He was speaking to a labor group and said this:

"Joe Biden: "It(his jobs plan) would put 720 million women back in the workforce."

As Joe would say, "This is not a joke".
