Doggy Question Of The Day

This isn't Charlie out for a ride with me but it could be. My guy loves going for rides and sticking his head out the window. All dogs do.

So, I'm wondering why all dogs love having the wind slamming in their snouts but if I blow in his face it's like I put a hot iron on his nose.
