Not too many of my resondents were excited about my 'free beer' to all rioters in the Twin Cities to stop the violence so I've come up with another idea.
Why not hire all minority police officers, especially black ones. Forget about the black Somalia cop who gunned down an Aussie woman who was standing in her pajamas in her own driveway a couple of years ago. Oh, the officer was charged and convicted of 3rd degree murder but still.

I'm beginning to believe the rioters want open cities sans any kind of law enforcement. Could I be correct?
