The U.K.'s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, opened up Britain's bars and hair salons today for the first time since March. His statement to the people was "behave yourselves."
This'd be like every man under 30 be given a thousand dollars and shipped off to the Las Vegas and the owner of the Caesars telling them to keep themselves under control.
