Back And At 'Em From Dublin, Ohio

Just when everybody thought I'd gone away, like a burr under a donkey's saddle, I show up. Was that a good analogy? I didn't think so. Let's try again. Like a booger on the end of a five year olds finger. There, that's better.

Anyway, there's a reason for my long hiatus. It has to do with temporary Alzheimer's. On June 4 my buddy and I left the Minnesota lake cabin for a stopover in Wisconsin for golf with another friend.

Prior to our visit we spent the night at a motel in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, which, in itself is a doozy of a story. Each time we checked into a motel the desk manager would ask, "Are you together"? Then I'd say, "We're together but we're not together----if you get my drift"? I do suppose I shouldn't have been so upfront. Leaving them wonder might have gotten us a discount.

Anyway, on the morning after I said, "Jeff, can you take our stuff to the car and I'll make certain we aren't leaving anything behind". I scoured the room, then two days later realized the power cord to my computer had taken up residence in room 202 of our Super 8.

Hence, my life has been devoid of writing for almost a week. It's not much fun composing on paper. I so enjoy doing it on the fly and that's why I've been on a self-imposed vacation.

I did, however, set an all-time personal record in Minnesota. My buddy loves going to the local casino. I'd rather have a skunk practice it's spray technique on me than sit in a place that's been shut down for cheating four times. But I went.

My pal loves to play blackjack. He did it six nights in a row for two hours each time while I pumped Lincoln's in the penny slots dying a slow death. Being bored I tend to strike up conversations as I did with the slightly chunky but very cute thirtyish blond next to me. She was from Red Lake, Minnesota, worked in a bar and loved to fish for walleye. She told me she caught hundreds right off her dock. And then she said the magic words, "C'mon up some time and my husband or I will take you fishing"? "That'd be great", said I, "Is he here"? Well, my new pal then told me her husband was named, Jane. And I did have to opportunity to meet her. The woman, Ellen, asked me how I felt about the situation. "Not a problem for me", I said, "I'm better looking than your husband".

Five minutes later I'm at the blackjack table minding my own business when a woman sat next to me. Maybe it's the aura I give off or the fact that I'm a sensitive person or that some people perceive me as transgendered. After all, I hadn't had a haircut in over three weeks. Regardless, this woman, Jackie, from Nisswa, seemed to take a shine to me. She wondered if I came this way often. Did I mention I thought she'd been drinking? She handed me her business card which read 'Jackie and Ann' something or other. I asked her about the 'other'. She mentioned that the 'other' was her husband. I like to be on the up and up so I asked if her 'other' would be jealous about a hook-up. "Not really", said Jackie, "We flip flop all the time".

Meeting two lesbo's, back to back. What are the chances?

And that's the way it goes in Minnesota. I always thought it was 'The land of ten thousand lakes'. Now it's referred to as 'The Land of ten thousand lesbians'.

Tell Me Again Why We Shouldn't Build Underground Oil Pipelines

A multi-car oil train derailed in northern Oregon on Friday, about 70 miles outside of Portland, officials confirmed, though there were no initial reports of injuries.
Black smoke could be seen following the accident, which occurred in Mosier, near the Columbia River. A spokesman with the Mosier Volunteer Fire Department said there were no injuries, and the damage was confined to the railroad.

The derailment also closed the interstate.

About my question in the title of this piece. Why don't you folks check out who owns most of the RR lines running in the West Coast. I won't tell you his name but his initials are Warren Buffett.

Budweiser Beer

Every day in every way people learn something new. My buddy from Ohio in a previous life was a honcho for the Budweiser Company.

He had a fairly cool job. During the daytime he met with distributors and in the evening took prospective customers out for dinner and filled them with Budweisers.

Today, we were in my boat fishing on The Dead Sea aka Ten Mile Lake and he asked me if I knew what the letters in Budweiser stood for. Of course, I didn't. Who does?

Anyway, you are about to find out.

If you read the first letter right left it becomes 'Because you deserve what every individual should enjoy regularly'

When read backwards it reads 'Remember every soldier in every war depends on
Budweiser'.

So now you know.

Hillary Responsible For Vince Foster Suicide

By Ronald Kessler - - Wednesday, June 1, 2016

ANALYSIS/OPINION:
Overlooked in the recent controversy over the death of Bill Clinton’s Deputy White House Counsel Vince Foster is the fact that FBI agents investigating the case found that Hillary Clinton triggered his suicide when she attacked and humiliated her mentor from their former Rose Law Firm in front of other White House aides a week before he took his own life.

The FBI investigation was conducted for independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr’s probe of the Clintons’ investments in the Whitewater real estate development http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jun/1/ronald-kessler-how-hillary-clinton-triggered-vince/

It Rained In Minnesota Today

A childrens story.

Dick, Jane, Sally, Spot and Puff went to Ten Mile Lake. It rained today. "Look, Jane, look", said Dick. "It's raining".

"Yes, said Jane, "It rained yesterday and the day before that one", too"

Spot and Puff didn't care. Spot jumped in the poodles of water. "Ha-ha", said Puff. It's raining cats and dogs.

Jane said, "It's rained for the last eight days". "Yes, said Dick, "And it's supposed to rain tomorrow".

Then Dick said, "Let's go back to Ohio. I hate this friggin' rain".

Another Muslim In The White House. Very Soon Obama Will Be Suspected Of Supporting Terrorists

For nearly eight years, President Obama has appointed a range of Muslim officials with terror-links to influential positions within the administration. The latest in a long line is Zaki Barzinji, whom Obama just tapped as the new associate director of public engagement for the White House.
The Clarion Project notes that Barzinji worked for the Islamic Society of North American (ISNA), an organization targeted by the U.S. Justice Department as a Muslim Brotherhood affiliate and was named an unindicted co-conspirator in a major Hamas-funding trial.

Oh, and Barzinji's grandfather was also a Muslim Brotherhood terror suspect.
Oh, and according to Clarion Project, Barzinji previously served as the deputy director of intergovernmental affairs for Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who is currently under investigation for "possible political corruption."

Of the Obama appointee's grandfather, Clarion notes that Jamal Barzinji, deceased as of last year, "was a founder and/or senior official in virtually every group identified as a Muslim Brotherhood front in America."

Mysteriously, the Obama Justice Department dropped a planned indictment of the elder Barzinji and in 2013,  Zaki accepted an award on his grandfather’s behalf at "the Hamas/Brotherhood-linked Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center in Virginia, which the late Barzinji helped found."
