Evidently, there's a country western singer of some prominence named Jason Isbell. He tours primarily in states south of the Mason/Dixon Line. That's not unusual for CW guys and gals.

Last night Isbell was giving a concert and felt he had to make some commentary so he blurted out, "Jesus would never have voted for Trump" I have it on good authority that not only did Jesus vote for Trump He also donated to his campaign.

Anyway, why would a person, other than the pitiful Dixie Chicks(Remember them), attack Trump on his own turf. Isn't that like Hillary going into West Virginia to tell its citizens she was going to wipe out the coal industry. Wouldn't that be stupid?

Of Mice And Men

About a week ago I wrote about how the bubonic plague might be taking over our condo. It appears we have an infestation of mice aka as little bastards.

Since I snagged my first little guy I've sent three more to mouse heaven. A decision awaits and it'll be made tomorrow after one more night of trap setting. I'll go to Kroger's today, pick up four more traps and place them in strategic positions, mostly in and around the kitchen. In the morning if things go as I want no--- dead mice I'll wait one more day and go through the same routine. If I crush any more I'll be forced to call an exterminator. I'm wondering how much that will set back my bank account.

The only good reason I can see as to why God created those things is to give cats something to toy with.

“Candidly, in my 25 years on this committee, I have never seen a nominee for any position behave in that manner,” she said.

He “yelled at Democrats,” she said, and his suggestion that Ford’s allegation had something to do with Democrats avenging the Clintons was “unbelievable.”

“This was not someone who reflected an impartial temperament or the fairness and even-handedness one would see in a judge. This was someone who was angry and belligerent,” Feinstein said. “In stark contrast,” she added, it was Ford who “demonstrated a balanced temperament.”

Former Arkansa Gov. Mike Huckabee slammed Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal on Friday for lying about his military service but still having the gall to question Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s credibility.

“Hearing Blumenthal (Sgt. “Stolen Valor” who lied about being in Vietnam) talk about ‘truth’ is like having Jeffrey Dahmer talk about table manners,” Huckabee wrote. “Blumenthal is beyond shameless.”

Huckabee referred to Blumenthal’s history of lying about his military service. Blumenthal has said numerous times, often at veterans’ ceremonies, that he served time overseas in Vietnam.

In reality, he never served in Vietnam. In fact, he obtained at least five military deferments from 1965 to 1970 and went out of his way to take steps that would allow him to avoid going to war, according to The New York Times.

“We have learned something important since the days that I served in Vietnam,” Blumenthal remarked to a gathering in Norwalk, California, as recently as March, 2008.

In 1970, with his last deferment at risk, he signed up for the Marine Reserve, a coveted assignment that essentially guaranteed members would stay in the states.  His unit conducted drills and worked on local projects, like organizing a Toys for Tots drive.

I Understand Why Democrats Believe Chrissy Ford

“I don’t know who’s house it happened at or even what year it happened. I don’t know if I got there before everyone else or after. I don’t know how I got there or how I got home over 8 miles away (at the age of 15).

My life time friend doesn’t remember any of this ( and the other 3 people I said were there testified under oath they don’t know anything about this).

I have a fear of flying , but have no problem jet-setting all over the world while on vacation. I’ve been on airplanes more in the past two months than most people in a year, but my fear is completely legit.

I don’t know who paid for my hotel and polygraph test( the afternoon of my grandmothers funeral, or maybe it was the next day, who knows). And guess what? I flew there. Oh and that polygraph, it was only two questions, neither of which were about Kavanaugh. But hey, I passed so that’s all that matters. And my PhD in psychology definitely, in no way, helped me with it or my testimony today.

My friends on the beach encouraged me to continue contacting the media with my story (because we were running out of time). I can’t name them, so we’ll just call them beach friends. Yet while giving such great advice, none were willing to be character witnesses. Meanwhile, Judge Kavanaugh had hundreds of character witnesses step up in a matter of days.

My lawyers, out of the kindness of their hearts, are helping me for FREE yet I have a “needed” gofundme page that currently is sitting at $750,000. Personal Examples Of Sexual Assault

The Queen and I have been talking about the Ford-Kavanaugh spectacle. I did not know until two days ago she was a victim of sexual assault and it occurred in 1969 when we were engaged to be married.

At that time she was working at the Cherokee Mental Health Institute in Cherokee, Iowa. She told me that one doctor in the facility forced himself upon her. I asked why she didn't do something about it. Her answer was, this man was well respected. Who would believe me? I told her I would and if she'd told me I would have hammered the guy. Remember, though, it was 1969, and it was a different time.

In 1984 I was teaching at Rock Island Alleman, Illinois High School, a Catholic school. One afternoon I was in class as a American History instructor when the Sociology instructor came flying into my classroom with this: "I'm going to beat the sh*t out of you". My students gasped and I pulled this dude out into the hallway.

You have to understand Mr. Tornabane was not only a sociology instructor but also the Guidance Counselor. In other words, he wanted to know where the students 'were coming from'. I had heard a rumor that he was taking pregnant girls to get abortions but, as I said, it was a rumor.

Evidently, in his class of forty seniors one of the students, Julie, blurted out in class that MJ Hawkeye, when she was a sophomore, took her into the teachers lounge, took off her blouse and bra. He then starting kissing her and fondled her breasts. Did I mention she said this in a class of senior students?

The very first thing I did was take Tornabane and Julie to the Assistant Principal's office. I was very fortunate because the principal was not only a woman but a nun and she handled the situation perfectly.

She started by asking Julie to tell what happened. And then she repeated this request and again and again six times total. Finally, Julie broke down and said, "I got pregnant when I was 15 and I didn't think Mr. Hawkeye liked me anymore.

This isn't the only time this happened to me as a teacher. Another female accused me of fondling her breasts. Once again, I avoided serious problems. Her very best friend went to the principal and told him it was a lie. Her reason: She hated me and wanted me fired.

God help people if they have to go through this nonsense.

Those of us with common sense and understand the history of the past know full well what she'll get out of this if Judge Kavanaugh is put on the Supreme Court or not.

Can you say book deal to the tune of around $10 million dollars. How about an HBO movie or one on NetFlix. This loon and I repeat loon is going to cash in big time.

I was listening to a personality profiler on the radio this afternoon. She talked about Dr. Ford's performance of this morning. This is what she had to say. "The woman is a liar. You can tell from her facial expressions." She also stated that it was obvious she has been extensively coached.

I listened to Judge Kavanaugh's opening statement this afternoon. It was passionate to say the least. Kavanaugh right put the blame on where it belongs, the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee. It is, and not exactly his words, an organized attempt to destroy the Trump administration and anyone involved with it.

I love being a guy. I love everything about it. At my age I'm not afraid of women. Three days ago, as I was standing in line at Kroger Food Store, as I am wont to do, I started chatting with a young woman. She looked at me like I was the Boston Strangler so I said, "Girl, lighten up" Old guys can do this and get away with it.

With this Kavanaugh kerfuffle women are literally screwing themselves and I'll explain why because we don't need their crap.

Let's say  a man works in an office and he's a handsome guy. What are his options? Does he want to go out with a woman who will scrutinize his every movement, criticize his manners and clothing attire or does he want to go with his buddies to a sports bar. I know my choice. When a guy is in a sports bar he can drink as many beers as he desires without a date or his wife saying, "Don't you think you've had enough"? My wife has told me this a thousand times but she never said it when we were single. I told you yesterday women were insanely devious.

When you're in a sports bar with your buddies you can lift your right cheek and fart like a bull moose calling his mate. And then, all your buddies will do the same and you'll all laugh hysterically. Do it with a female around and they'll act like they were Mother Theresa of Lourdes.

Here's an example of why men are so great and women, maybe, aren't so great.

I have a great friend who lives on Arrowhead golf course in Central Wisconsin. One night, after golf, the guys and gals were in the clubhouse. I don't know the guy's name but he goes by Killer. I like him a lot. When he golfs he uses one club for everything, a driver. Regardless, he's my kind of guy. He could give a flying crap about what any thinks about him or what he does. I think he's divorced. I hope so because she wouldn't deserve him.

Here's the guy thing. He told a joke in front of the men and women. It starts this way.

Three morons are in a hunting camp and can't do what they came for because of a massive snow storm. As they're sequestered in the cabin one of the guys suggests they should play a game called 20 questions

The originator of the game said he'd start. He blurts out, "It's something you eat" and immediately the goober next to him yells out, "Is it Moose dick"?

The guys were laughing hysterically and some rolling on the floor. The women shook their heads in disgust at our childish behavior. So, I'm wondering, what jokes make women laugh. Would they be ones about knitting, or going to the art museum or maybe talking about that fun time when they went to Starbucks across the street to buy a crouissant. How about one when they drop their first baby.

Guys have it made really. Sometimes, and I could care less, I'll have ten pair of underwear on the bedroom floor when the Queen's out of town----and I like it. All I want to know is when does she get home.

-Swetnik is 2+ years older than Kavanaugh. She graduated 3 years before Kavanaugh and would have been in college when Kavanaugh was 16. College girls don’t go to high school parties. They JUST DON’T

MJ Hawkeye Is Livid With Anger

Have you ever heard the phrase, 'As Ohio goes so goes the nation'.Yes there will be mid-term elections the first week of November. The candidates have websites on which you can find out how and what issues they promote. It seems like a waste of time. Most folks only look to see if a guy is a D or an R.

There is, however, another issue on the ballot called Ohio #1. I'd be willing to bet a months social security check 98% of the voters will be clueless on what it is when they cast their ballots.

I didn't want to summarize the bill because I knew there'd be specific items I left out. Because of this I came across an article from the Dayton(Ohio) Daily News that should scare the normal person. Druggies around the state, if they do know how to vote or where to find the voting center and aren't in a haze on election day will be happy. But, allow me to break down the drug crisis in simpler terms. 19 grams of fentenyl has the potency to kill 10,000 men women and children. Conviction under the law would be probation. Why would the Democrat candidate for governor, Richard Cordray, be in favor of Issue 1 unless he's trolling for votes which is the Democrat way.? And those in the know realize Ohio led the nation in opioid deaths in '17 with almost 7,000.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), a potential 2020 Democratic presidential contender, attacked Navy Vice Adm. Craig Faller Tuesday during his confirmation hearing to become commander of U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) over a decision 14 years ago to attend a party during a port visit to Hong Kong.

Faller’s attendance at the 2004 party was reported in a Washington Post article the day before the confirmation hearing. The article described a lavish party for more than 50 Navy officers from the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group during a port visit to Hong Kong at a luxury hotel “where they savored cocktails, cigars and courses of Oscietra caviar, black truffles and lobster thermidor.”

The article said Faller was under investigation for three years for allegations that he accepted gifts and a prostitute from the contractor but was ultimately cleared by the Justice Department and the Navy.

Despite being cleared by the DOJ and the Navy, Warren seized on Faller’s decision to attend the party as evidence of his bad judgment.

"Ladies, there's going to be a backlash. Is anyone trying to tell me there aren't female Senators and House members who haven't dropped their drawers?'

A Potpourri Of Poop

How often has somebody you know asks, "What did you do today"? And you answer, "Nuthin'.

Two days ago I awoke from a restless slumber and felt like doing 'nuthin' all day long. Even if you believe your day is worthless it isn't. Let's say you're lounging on the couch surfing television channels and come across one called The Kardashians. You watch for ten minutes then move on because it isn't your style. So, in actuality, you did do something. You convinced yourself you weren't that insane.

I got out of bed this morning at 8 am. Her Majesty needed me to take her to the Columbus airport for a flight to Washington D.C. I'll get to this later.

Two nights her the wife came to me in my Man Cave with a request to follow her and look into the kitchen pantry. As I looked down I saw what appeared to be black paint splattered all over one of the white shelves. Now, being that I knew I would never do unnecessary work around the house I told myself it had to be rodent poop.

I'm not an expert on rodent scat. I got on the internet and began looking at descriptions of mice and chipmunk poop. I ruled out chipmunk stuff because it's one quarter inch longer than mice droppings.

I'm not a heartless person and we did have a humane trap in the house so I ladled orange marmalade inside the potential Alcatraz. The next morning I excitedly ran downstairs to find zero, zip, nada.

Republican Texas Senator Ted Cruz was chased out of a DC restaurant by protesters on Monday night, according to video posted on Twitter.

Two videos were posted by “Smash Racism DC” and they show a large group of protesters chanting “We believe survivors” in reference to sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh at Sen. Cruz and his wife, Heidi Cruz.

One video shows a protester confronting Sen. Cruz and his wife as they entered the restaurant. Sen. Cruz tells the woman “God bless you” before attempting to take a seat at a table.

I've never been nominated for the Supreme Court, Heck, I was never approached to be on my high school student council so I'm highly doubtful any woman I ever dated would ask for her pound of sand.

In high school I dated girls. I dated one in particular from September through April of my junior year. When the basketball season was completed she dumped me. I was crushed but I got over it. Hey, she was my first piece of puppy love.

Anyway, we played a lot of smash mouth, even in her house. Her parents always went to bed early so we could have our private time---if ya' know what I mean. Well, that romance came became less passionate when one night she told me she loved me so much she'd jump in her oven if I asked her to.
I turned the oven to 400 degrees and told her to jump in.

I guess that would be mental assault if I decided to run for political office or wanted to be a Supreme Court Justice.

Women, and guys will understand this, are devious. Get this. When my now wife of 49 years and I were dating she once told me she liked to go fishing. She once told me she loved sports, especially basketball and football. My wife doesn't know the difference between a ping pong ball and a pair of track shoes. My wife assaulted me mentally. She, if being considered for the Supreme Court, should be lambasted by CNN and MSNBC.

This female assault doesn't just start in high school. Chicks become wretches in kindergarten. Understand this. Five year old's don't know the difference between what's inside their panties unless their mother's tell them. Once, when I was five, I played 'inspector' with a neighbor girl. The only thing I knew after we had finished was that she was different than me. I guess you now know I'm not qualified to be on the Supreme Court.

When girls start wearing bras their hormones are running like the Colorado River in springtime. A cute guy is in their midst, a Wally Cleaver type of unsuspecting type of guy, and their claws get long and scratchy. The babe involved in the Kavanaugh case was a 15 year old, barely into her Justa Ginny Junior bra when she had her recollections of physical assault. There are a couple of problems: she had been drinking, she doesn't know the whereabouts of the house and who owned it. She was reminded of the assault while going through couples therapy in 2002. Yeesh!

This Kavanaugh thing is one political ball of female garbage aided by a few phony male politicians.

Time Heals All Wounds

I'm finishing watching the closing ceremony of the FedEx golf tournament. It's the wrap up on the PGA Tour for 2018.

After five years Tiger(need I say his last name) won for the first time after five years. They(whoever they are) said he'd never win again.

I can remember five years ago when he got into a kerfuffle with then wife Erin. Stories came out he had a iphone loaded with hundreds of names of hookers.

I live across the street from Muirfield Village Golf Club. Prior to his messy divorce and the bad press when Tiger played the Memorial tournament it would be like the Secret Service protecting a president. Getting close to him was impossible. After his reputation was ruined nobody watched him warming up on the range. A couple of years ago he finished last in the tournament and was the first guy to finish. He didn't even have a rabbit with him.

Once again, after today's tourney he has risen from the ashes. There will be thousands who will tell us they saw him play in person. Whoop de do.

I wonder if someone will interview his ex-wife.
