Is It Just Me?
Is it my wild imagination or does it seem weird that three conservative Supreme Court justices are under investigation for ethics violations. Is it just me or do you suppose there's a motive behind the push by Democrats to have AM radio eliminated from newly built automobiles? Considering the greater number of talk shows on AM radio are conservative that would be quite a coincidence. Speaking of coincidences I find it amazing that two weeks after Sen, Chuck Schumer was on the floor of the Senate and called for Fox to fire Tucker Carlson it happened. It's probably my devious mind at work.

It's Not A Joke. It's A Lie
Yesterday was 'Take your kid to work day' at the White House and Joey Boy used the occasion to make me laugh out loud. A youngster asked the Boob-in-Chief how many grandchildren he had. Now, for you grandparents, how often do you talk to your grand kids? The Queen and I have ten ranging in age from 18 down to 9. We have conversations with them when visiting, on birthdays and when they've achieved successes. Other than that not much. It's not that we don't want to speak with them. It's just that they have a lot on their minds and, quite honestly, Grandma and Grandpa are on the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to conversations. It's been this way, I'd think, since man first walked the earth. Well, Joe had an answer. He said, "I talk with my six grandchildren every single day; not a joke." The dead giveaway on this lie is the way he ended with the 'not a joke' thingy. Also, he couldn't remember he had six g'kids which, in itself, is a lie because Hunter knocked up a stripper four years ago and the Biden family considers that poor child persona non grata, so in reality he has seven grand babies. As far as they're concerned the girl doesn't exist and Hunter's busting his butt to make certain he'll never have to pay child support.
Someone should come up with a television show based on the exploits of these clowns.

For Hispanics the number is fifty percent and if you happen to be a Black kid your chances of having both a mom and dad at home------well, seventy percent of Black homes have only one parent. This administration never ceases to amaze me when it comes to outright idiocy. There were three instances of their lack of brain matter this week that caused me to shake my head in disbelief and utter those two famous words---'dumb asses.
Our Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm announced that by the year 2030 our armed forces will be using all electric vehicles. I can see it now. We'll be in a war in some godforsaken desert country and our tanks will be bogged down because of the lack of recharging stations.
Another instance of stupidity comes from Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, who is pushing for female crash dummies when testing vehicles. This is what happens when we have gay freaks in our government.
How is it the head of our Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Steve Dettelbach, can appear before a congressional committee and not know a description for an AR-15? As he stated, "I'm not an expert on guns." Had enough?

Electricity which is generated by oil, gas, coal, or water (and a tiny fraction of wind and solar)....and then wears out…….and you buy another for $12–18,000.00.
Where The Heck Is Sudan, Anyway?
I've been giving some interest to the conflict going on in Sudan. I said 'some' not a lot. I've always considered myself fairly knowledgeable when it comes to world geography but I honestly couldn't tell you where this country is located if you put a gun to my head. I knew it was in Africa but other than that not much. So, I'm still ahead of most Americans in the world in this regard.
What amazes me about the conflict, other than it's much like how we handled the get away in Afghanistan, is there are purported to be somewhere between 20,000 and 30,000 Americans living in the nation. But wait! It gets better. A spokesperson for our government announced these Americans are ON THEIR OWN when it comes to saving their collective butts. There aren't enough camels in the world to get these people to safety.
I had another thought about Sudan. Let's say you worked for the Biden administration to get the guy elected. And when he was successful you tell your wife, "Honey, guess what? I was notified we're going to be sent to a foreign country as a reward for our loyalty to Joe Biden. I've been told we'll be either sent to Paris or London but almost certainly it'll be a country where we can realize the fruits of our labor." And then a telegram is sent to you saying you'll be stationed in Sudan's capitol of Khartoum. Your spouse is less than ecstatic about being sent to a country 91% Muslim but you then put her fears to rest when you tell her she can have sex with goats anytime she desires.
How far down the totem pole does a person have to be in an administration to come to the conclusion they're worthless? It's too bad we couldn't ask the guys who died in Benghazi.

A Mini Roadtrip
If absence makes the heart grow fonder then you should be in love with me. I've been lying low the past few days taking one of my infamous road trips to some of my favorite areas; southern Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.
Some might ask, why these places? Well, I do it to feel better about myself. If you think about it I have two specific recollections two to illustrate this statement. For example, in Kentucky I stayed one night in a Ramada Inn near Catlettsburg. As I walked in the foyer of the hotel the woman behind the counter shouted out, "Howdy Darlin." How nice is that? So, the woman made me feel good and I came away with positive thoughts. The next morning as I was checking out there was no one behind the counter. I looked and looked and scoured the property. The only thing close to being a person working was a wide open ladies purse staring directly in front of me on the counter. It was then I looked to my left and outside by the pool sat an attractive young women, quite pregnant and smoking a Marlboro. So, you now understand about feeling better about my person by illustrating the good and the not so good.
Regardless, it was a whirlwind trip of three days and was cut short because I got a line on the possible adoption of a Cairn Terrier so I drove three hours to eastern Ohio but, alas, I was too late by six hours. Some other lucky pooch awaits.

MJ Hawkeye Took A RoadTrip
There comes a time in a guys life when he has to get off the couch and say, "I'm sick and tired of doing nothing but watching the Hallmark Channel and I've gotta get out of this house. Two days ago The Queen came home from shopping and I told her I needed a road trip. By this I mean I'm going to start driving and God only knows where. I had a choice of going to my lake home in northern Minnesota or heading south. Believe me when I way it wasn't a difficult choice. The Mason-Dixon Line is only hours away and I'm a believer in the Confederate States so off I went; specifically toward the state Daniel Boone once inhabited.
Of all the places I've ever visited in my life I love eastern Kentucky as one of the best. I first became intimately acquainted a year ago when I visited Bristol Virginia/Tennessee. On the way home going west toward Knoxville I got off the interstate and drove north for forty miles into western Virginia then veered left into eastern Kentucky. I drove forty miles and stopped in small communities, grabbed a coffee and talked with the natives. I stopped in Harlan Kentucky which was the focal point of the TV show, Justified, and shot the breeze with the locals. As I spoke with the natives I became aware of one thing. Of all the venues I've visited in my life the eastern Kentuckians spoke a dialect I could not understand. I remember stopping on a back road highway looking at a scenic overlook and there were two young men standing next to me. They both asked me a question and I honestly said to them. "Fellas, I appreciate your comments but I don't understand one word you said." And we all laughed. Isn't that neat? I'm so taken with Kentuckians I'm going to buy a coon skin cap.

Today, in the House of Representatives, a vote was taken regarding women in sports as to whether or not boys should be allowed to play women's sports. There are 203 Democrats in the House and ALL of them voted Yes that boys should allowed to play against the girls. Can you believe this? If this isn't a campaign issue then we're in a real mess------and, yes, we are.
What I want to happen is a vote to be taken mandating that men be allowed to play girls sports. I guarantee you this will never happen. I promise that at my age of 77 if I was to play a competitive game of anything against a female I could kick some serious ass. I don't care if it's basketball, football, baseball or darts.I'd destroy most any babe in my way.
Bring it on Democrats. I can see this as a real issue in the upcoming election.
