How amazing was this guy?

I Miss My Pup

I've been away from my darling sweetheart for four days and I miss her. I hope she longs for me as much as I do her. Three more days and we'll be cuddling. There is no better feeling.

Question Of The Day

I'm curious. Why is the Biden administration paying the salaries of Ukraine firemen and policemen with American taxpayer money?

Just askin'?

Amen!!!!!!

On The Road Again

An old man got in his car and began driving to Wilmette, Illinois to hook up with college fraternity brothers. the drive from Dublin, Ohio to that community was uneventful except for the dreaded I-94 that runs north and south through Chicago. It is not fun. In the first place I slink down in my car hoping, if there is a bullet(s) around me I won't get hit.

In Wilmette I received the news of a passing of a dear long-time friend in Storm Lake Iowa so today I'll trek out across the upper Midwest to attend visitation services on Sunday and then on Monday I'll begin the long drive back to the Buckeye state.

In case you're wondering my CeeCee must be yearning for me. she peed on Her Majesty's carpet last night. She never does it when I'm at home. It's good to know I've been missed.

"Joe, say It Isn't So"

One of the leading vaccine advisors within the Biden administration declined to receive the most recent Covid vaccination while expressing concerns regarding the potential long-term consequences associated with mRNA injections.

Dr. Paul Offit serves as a prominent consultant on the vaccines committee of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). He is also a distinguished American physician who possesses expertise in the fields  of infectious illnesses, vaccinations, immunology, and virology. https://beckernews.com/biden-fda-vaccine-adviser-refuses-latest-covid-shot-raises-concerns-over-heart-failure-spike-51752/

"Oh, Okay"

It's Their Idea Of Reparations

The Philadelphia social media influencer arrested while she livestreamed Tuesday night’s looting mayhem fought back tears as she was charged with six felonies. Dayjia Blackwell, better known as “Meatball,” shared her firsthand view of the chaos, in which looters targeted several businesses including Apple, Foot Locker and Lululemon, before being caught.
In the videos posted to her Instagram Stories, Blackwell can be heard laughing and cheering on the other looters as she stood by and watched the chaos unfold. At one point during her stream, Blackwell turned to face her camera and challenged the cops to arrest her. “Tell the police they’re either gonna lock me up tonight, or it’s gonna get lit, it’s gonna be a movie,” she said at one point.

Bidenomics 101

"Hey Guys: Sound Familiar?"

What's Wrong With This Picture

A Korean War veteran feared he would be left ‘on the curb’ after he was ordered out of his Staten Island nursing home to make way for the migrants overwhelming New York City.

Frank Tammaro, 95, was given six weeks to get out of the Island Shores Senior Residence when it was sold to city authorities last month. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12566397/Korean-veteran-migrants-evicted-staten.html

'Kommander, Achtung!"

Let it be known I'm a lover of dogs. They are one of God's greatest creations and as I've always stated, His only fault was in not allowing them to have longer life spans.

Joe Biden and family had a German Shepherd named Major up to two years ago but got rid of him for biting a Secret Service agent twice. One of these attacks was quite serious in nature. Immediately thereafter the Biden's brought in another dog, Commander, of the same variety and guess what? In the past twelve months this new dog has bitten Secret Service agents eleven different times.

The pooches, obviously, have had little training from Joe and family. I'm not surprised since they've seemingly raised children in the same manner as they have our canine friends which is not well. Folks, eleven bites in less than twelve months is not good and neither have been the actions of son, Hunter, and daughter, Ashley.

This morning my buddy referred to them all as feral. It seems like a safe bet.

Maybe the Biden's, instead of having German Shepherds as pets, should give a home to a French Poodle with no teeth.

Buckle Up!

Question Of The Day

The national media is consumed with the Senator Robert Menendez story. He was nailed with having $450,000 in cash squirreled away in is home along with gold bars. I mean, who doesn't do this?

At this time 19 Democrat senators along with the MSM have said he should resign. Hmmm! The Biden family's hidden assets come to anywhere between $20 million and $50 million depending on your sources. Yet, nary a person on the Left is calling for the Biden family to be prosecuted. I wonder why.

I came across an intriguing article from The Federalist this morning while sipping my coffee. https://thefederalist.com/2023/09/26/can-you-spot-the-difference-between-the-menendez-and-biden-foreign-influence-scandals/

Mindboggling!

A Democratic candidate for the Virginia legislature who was caught performing sex acts with her husband for “tips” during online webcam shows is down more than 10 percentage points among likely voters in her district, according to a poll conducted after the scandal surfaced.

Susanna Gibson trails Republican David Owen by 49.5% to 38.9%. https://nypost.com/2023/09/26/va-house-candidate-down-11-points-in-new-poll-after-sex-video-scandal/

My question is, why is she only 11 points behind?

Another Great One Is Gone

Hall of Fame third baseman and Orioles legend Brooks Robinson has died at 86 years old.

The Orioles, who retired the 18-time All-Star’s number in 1978, honored “Mr. Oriole” with a brief moment of remembrance and silence at Camden Yards on Tuesday night before a game against the Nationals. https://nypost.com/2023/09/26/orioles-legend-brooks-robinson-dead-at-86/

What If---------------------------------------------

What If I told you there are emails that prove the Biden White House hid Covid vaccine harmful effects from the public? Would you be skeptical? https://vigilantnews.com/post/bombshell-new-found-emails-prove-biden-white-house-hid-covid-vaccine-harms-from-the-public

We Can't Follow The Money

We're learning today the $100 billion plus given to Ukraine is being used to fund salaries of 57,000 firemen; to pay salaries of small businesses; to prop up social security money for Ukrainians. The cash is also paying salaries of politicians. Also missing is complete accounting of other billions of dollars given to that country.

What am I missing?

It's Uncanny!

Did you know the FBI predicted the January 6 debacle two months before it happened? Why, it's almost like they were the instigators. https://pjmedia.com/vodkapundit/2023/09/26/uncanny-fbi-predicted-those-jan-6-riots-they-institgated-n1729812

Question Of The Day

It's Right Around The Corner

"No Thanks. I'll Hold It"

My Guess Is Sex Slavery

The number of missing and runaway children in Ohio for 2023 is nearly double that of states with similar populations, sparking panic among parents and police who in some towns can't keep up with the number of teenagers running away.

In this month alone, 45 children have been reported missing in the Cleveland area.

They join the total number of 1,072 who have been reported missing since the start of the year. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12560607/Mystery-nearly-50-children-missing-Cleveland-September-ONE-THOUSAND-vanished-far-year-alarming-trend-thats-left-Ohio-cops-baffled.html

And while we're on the subject: Two U.N. groups said Thursday that the number of migrants crossing the dangerous Darien Gap between Colombia and Panama could soar to as many as 400,000 this year. https://apnews.com/article/panama-darien-gap-migrants-c937f88260fb88f4c3d3e5e6041b8fa6

That would represent a huge increase from the 250,000 migrants estimated to have crossed the roadless, jungle-clad route in 2022.

R.I.P. Ducky

David McCallum has died. The actor, best known for his role as Ducky on NCIS, died on Monday of natural causes while surrounded by family at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He was 90. https://www.aol.com/david-mccallum-ncis-star-dead-214155312.html?guccounter=1

They're The Wrong Kind Of Immigrant

The Biden Administration has ordered a German homeschool family, who came to America legally, to leave the country. The move comes as the White House has turned a blind eye to millions of illegals invading the southern border. The Romeike family was forced to flee Germany in 2008 after they were persecuted by the government for homeschooling their children. The Germans levied fines against the family and threatened to take away their children. I documented the plight of the family for years when I was working at Fox News. Uwe and Hannelore Romeike and their five children eventually settled in eastern Tennessee and were granted indefinite deferred action status. https://www.toddstarnes.com/crime/biden-admin-set-to-deport-german-homeschool-family-while-millions-of-illegals-invade-america/

That Had To Hurt

Am I Wrong

Who doesn't recognize movie actor Samuel L. Jackson? He's a talented actor. I came across another photo this morning and thought "If Jackson could come back in another life as a non-human would this be he?"

Tell me I'm wrong.

More Than They Can Handle

Most of us have now heard the name of the town called Eagle Pass, Texas. It's that part of the Lone Star state where illegal immigrants from all over the world are coming into this country. I don't know squat about the community so I looked it up online. The population is listed as having 57,000 plus citizens.

I then imagined what it would be like if 2,000 illegals came into my town of Dublin, Ohio every-single-day as is happening in Eagle Pass. Our town is around 65,000 and I wondered how our City Fathers would handle the influx. That would be a massive undertaking.

I asked myself the question of how the current administration is going to handle this situation and what they are going to do to guarantee the safety of its citizens. The first words that come to mind are 'not much'.

It really wouldn't be a problem as long as the government guaranteed the people none of the migrants were drug runners, murderers, rapists, terrorists or any other nefarious characters. I'm certain the folks in Eagle Pass can put their minds at ease. There's not a chance of bad guys coming in, right?

'Since Joe Biden has come to office, he has endorsed and insentivized more aliens to come here illegally than the populations of 32 states (counting the District of Columbia.)' https://townhall.com/columnists/kevinmccullough/2023/09/24/biden-migration-more-aliens-than-32-states-n2628861

Buckle up!

And Then I Laughed Out Loud

In looking at the UK Daily Mail this morning I skipped across an article about an author of non-binary children's books who stated, "“Parental rights really anger me, because what about human rights? People who are under 18 are human.”

Evidently, this person wrote a book for 4th graders and it contained what normal people would call unacceptable words for 9 year old kids. Well, I continued scrolling then came across his/her picture and I started laughing.

I don't know much about these types of people but what I do know is he/she needs a shave. https://www.breitbart.com/entertainment/2023/09/24/non-binary-author-of-book-about-trans-4th-grader-parental-rights-really-anger-me/

My Oh My, How Times Change

Why I'm Afraid Of Leftists

The FBI has raided the homes of pro-life Americans.  A man in Pennsylvania and a group in Wisconsin were arrested for reading Bible verses at “pride” rallies.  Churches—but not Hollywood—were closed during the Covid lockdowns.  Donald Trump is being indicted for, among other things, storing classified documents in an unauthorized location, something Joe Biden, who is not being indicted, also did.  Trump has been vilified massively for his denial of the outcome of the 2020 election, and his political enemies are trying to keep him from running for President again next year.  Hillary Clinton denied the outcome of the 2016 election and orchestrated a bogus Russian collusion hoax that cost American taxpayers thousands of dollars and multiple years of investigations and lies.  Any repercussions against Hillary?  Well, I think the FEC fined her $8,000.  https://townhall.com/columnists/marklewis/2023/09/24/column-n2628852

Missing The 1950's

I grew up in the 1950's. My very favorite activity in the 50's and 60's and into the 70's was playing baseball. I loved baseball and I loved everything about the game. I don't know when my love affair began but it was most likely around 1952 when I was in Shafer's Grocery store on 1st street in Boone, Iowa. It was one of those Mom & Pop stores. I was six years old and had 5 cents that was burning a hole in my pocket so I bought a packet of Topps baseball cards. When I opened the package the very first card I saw was a Billy Martin of the New York Yankees. I don't remember the next four players but I do recall putting the bubble gum in my mouth and for some unexplained reason a love affair with me and baseball card collecting over the next 12 years was born. Over the course of that period, and I'm certain hundreds if not thousands of kids did what I did, collecting baseball cards and especially Mickey Mantle cards who eventually let their moms throw them in the garbage. Stupid moms! Stupid us!

Anyway, during the 50's the New York Yankees employed a baseball player named Lawrence 'Yogi' Berra. He was extremely good at his trade as a catcher. He came out of St. Louis and aside from his baseball ability he was noted for is rather unique witticisms. Open the link and read his quotes. They are clever and also brilliant. For being so dumb Yogi sure was smart.

FAITHORN, Mich. (AP) — A 2-year-old girl who walked away from her home in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula alongside two family dogs was found in the woods hours later sleeping on the smaller dog like a furry pillow, state police said.

“She laid down and used one of the dogs as a pillow, and the other dog laid right next to her and kept her safe,” Lt. Mark Giannunzio said Thursday. “It’s a really remarkable story.” https://ktla.com/news/nationworld/toddler-lost-in-michigan-woods-found-asleep-using-family-dog-as-a-pillow/

Time For A Vacation

I emailed a good buddy in North Carolina yesterday about my promise to cut back on my voracious appetite for current events then presenting it in my blog. This was brought on by a couple of stories that made me absolutely sick to my stomach and they dealt with the abysmal moral direction taken by people living in this country.

In NYC a one year old child died in a day care center by ingesting fentanyl. The proprietors, illegal aliens, were using the child center as a front for drug running. In Las Vegas a retired sheriff was taking an early morning bike ride. Two teenagers purposely ran him down and now he's dead. Out in California a group of thuggish kids entered a store and pummeled the lady working behind the counter. A young police officer, also in California, was sitting in his car when a thug walked up to him and put a bullet in his head. In NYC an 80 year old man was shot in the back of the head, twice, by a monster riding on a bike. The biker rode past him then circled back and for no reason with no warning shot him dead. The dead man's wife was standing next to him. This nonsense is going on in this country at a rate beyond my comprehension.

Try this one on for size and it took place last night at an NFL game. Sickening!

A New England Patriots season ticket holder has been 'beaten to death' by a Miami Dolphins fan at the Gillette Stadium, according to witnesses.

Here's another example that put me over the edge: 'A family of four who were massacred in their Illinois home along with their three dogs have been pictured for the first time as cops continue to hunt for the killer.

Zoraida Bartolomei, 32, her husband Alberto Rolon, and their children Adriel, 10, and Diego, seven, were shot in their family bungalow in Chicago on Sunday. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12534167/PICTURED-Chicago-couple-two-sons-shot-dead-three-dogs-mysterious-massacre-cops-hunt-gunman-victims-sister-pleads-answers-horrific-crime.html

Romeoville Police Department investigators have ruled out a murder-suicide and warned the murderer is still on the loose'.

Folks, Romeoville is not a crime center. It's upscale. But, this nation is being overrun by murderers, drug addicts and other common criminals. For the last two years I've been telling Her Majesty that this country is dead and nothing has happened to change my thinking. Politicians and other liars will blame our ills on guns. Nonsense! That's an excuse for their failed policies. It's society that is Godless and my belief is it began during the Johnson years with his Great Society policies including massive welfare programs. Prove me wrong. The basic unit of  any society is the family. In the year 2023 families are virtually non-existent especially within our minority groups. I once contacted a reporter with the Columbus(Ohio) Dispatch about the number of murders in the city which, in my opinion, were astronomical; around 300 a year and asked the number committed by Blacks. OMG, one would think I was the world's biggest racist for even broaching the subject. The reporter told me the Dispatch doesn't keep those type of statistics. Hogwash, I say! Ladies and gentlemen, Blacks in this country compose 13% of the population but commit 52% of the murders. Why is that? Does this make me a racist for presenting this information? I'm not happy about what I wrote but if one looks at the number of two parent households in black communities in 1964 with that of 2023 we might begin to understand the source of the problem. And it's not like White folks have a monopoly on mom and dad being the perfect parents. Divorce rates for this group are way out of whack. We have hundreds of thousands of feral children running around. I know about feral kids. I was one but my major influences were the Catholic school and athletic coaches. Without them I, too, might have been a candidate for the Big House.

In essence, I'm bummed out. I'm nauseated at the degradation of a once great nation and unless I'm wrong it's going to get worse, much worse. I need to take a break from this blog. I don't know how long it will be but I need a rest. And, it seems I'm doing this when there is an uptick of interest in what I present. For the past twelve years of putting info into this blog I averaged around 400 page views a day. In the past four months page views are consistently at 5,000 daily so there are either really intelligent people out there in the world or there are way too many bored ones.

Aside from this it's time to take CeeCee for her morning constitutional. Life goes on----------unless someone happens to put a bullet in my head.

In case you're wondering our CeeCee enjoyed her time in the north woods immensely. She chased rabbits, raccoons and even deer. Now that she's back in civilization she's become her obstinate lovable self again.

When Freedom Of Speech Ceases Despots Rule

In a shocking verdict, two elderly women, Jean Marshall, 73, of Kingston, Mass., and Joan Bell, 74, of Montague, NJ, along with Jonathan Darnel, 41, of Arlington, Va., were convicted for their involvement in obstructing access to an abortion clinic in Washington, D.C.

The incident, which took place on October 22, 2020, has now culminated in a potential decade-long prison sentence for the elderly women. The defendants each face up to a maximum of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $350,000. https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/breaking-two-elderly-women-convicted-in-dc-for-pro-life-protest-face-decade-in-prison-mace/?utm_medium=agg&utm_source=economics

Whoda Thunk It?

It's been less than 24 hours since Iran released five hostages in a trade for five Iranians yet our government also gave them $6 billion dollars for what I don't know. It was announced this afternoon Iran has taken another American hostage. We are the dumbest government on the face of the earth. Maybe, just maybe, the Iranian government was blackmailing Joe.

Striking A Blow For Slobs

New York senator, Chuck Schumer, has become a fan of sloppy dressers. Using Pennsylvania senator, John Fetterman, as an example the liberal senator announced there will no longer be a dress code on the floor of The United States Senate.

From now on Fetterman will be able to wear his hoodie and if he desires no pants.

A Truism

A few weeks ago I saw a quarter lying on the sidewalk. I stopped, gazed at it, then moved on. Now, had it been a dollar bill lying on the ground I might, just might, have stooped over and grabbed it.

A BLM Role Model

Biology For Stupid People

Understanding Alzheimer's

Scientists in the UK and Belgium think they have figured out how brain cells die in Alzheimer's disease.

It has been a mystery and a source of scientific debate for decades.

But the team, writing in the journal Science, connect the abnormal proteins that build up in the brain with "necroptosis" - a form of cellular suicide.

The findings have been described as "cool" and "exciting", as they give new ideas for treating the disease. https://www.bbc.com/news/health-66816268

My Gosh, Joe, Shut Up

This morning I dropped The Queen off at the Minneapolis airport so she could fly to our home in Dublin, Ohio. I won't go into the details as to why she didn't drive the 17 hours with me to Ohio but it is what it is.

Anyway, I drove south out if I-35 from the Twin Cities into Iowa and then veered left onto highway 18 toward Mason City. I looked at my gas gauge and noticed I had about 60 miles before I'd be dead in the water so I stopped into a local station. Folks, the price per gallon for regular unleaded was $4,45. As Joe would say, "Not a joke."

A couple got a divorce just three minutes after being declared husband and wife after the groom mocked the bride as they were leaving their wedding ceremony.

After the legal proceedings ended the couple turned to walk out of the courthouse, but the bride tripped over. Joe Tells Another Whopper

President Biden, who has never taught a single semester-long course at the University of Pennsylvania, mused on Thursday about when he used to “teach political theory” at the Ivy League school. “Our democracy is under attack, and we got to fight for it,” Biden, 80, said during a speech at Maryland’s Prince George’s Community College. “I taught at the University of Pennsylvania for four years and I used to teach political theory. https://nypost.com/2023/09/14/biden-boasts-teaching-political-theory-at-upenn-but-he-never-taught-a-single-class/

Don't Go Near The Water

Is it only me or when I hear the name of Huntsville, Texas the thought of alligators doesn't enter my mind? But, evidently, one of these critters was in attack mode with a group of youngsters swimming in his pond. Then I read what one of the local authorities said about a recent occurrence and I thought, "How can people be so stupid."

"The Texas Parks & Wildlife Department discourages people from feeding or aggravating the creatures and advises remaining 30 feet away at all times.

“Do not assume that alligators are slow and sluggish. They are extremely quick and agile and will defend themselves when cornered,” the site reads.

“They rarely chase people, but they can outrun or outswim the fastest person for the first 30 feet.”

Trust me when I say not only would I stay more than thirty feet away. I'd be in the next county at a minimum.. https://nypost.com/2023/09/14/massive-alligator-in-attack-mode-creeps-up-on-kids-in-lake/
