Yep!

There Has To Be A Story Here

And I don't want to know.

Won't Someone Love Me

Pictures like the one shown tug at my heart. If I could come back in another life I'd buy land in a secluded area and populate it with guys like this one. I'd let them run free exploring God's green earth.

Common Sense

"Beam Me Up, Scotty"

There certainly has been a great deal of talk lately about aliens. I found out we sent messages into outer space forty years ago in search of long lost cousins of ours and scientists are expecting communication. Know what? This alien stuff might be a diversion from the real problems facing us. The way I figure if there are aliens travelling around our world they must be darned smart and, most likely, could have wiped us off the face of the earth years ago.

And I read yesterday there's going to be another massive search for the Loch Ness Monster. It seems to me if we can't find an elusive reptile in a body of water how the heck are we going to verify there's an ET?

God Help Us!

In his first public appearance since the Hawaii fire, Joe Biden decided to joke about how hot the ground was. He also brought up the death of his first wife and daughter, attempting to draw a parallel to those who lost loved ones in the Maui fire.

He wasn't done, though. In a second speech, the president told a story that left jaws on the floor.

Biden said "Jill and I have a little sense of what it's like to lose a home" and then tells the story of when lightning struck his house in 2004 and says "I almost lost my '67 corvette and my cat."

And this was a lie. The fire was confined to the kitchen and was minimal in scope. https://redstate.com/bonchie/2023/08/21/bidens-jokes-about-almost-losing-his-corvette-in-shockingly-tone-deaf-maui-speech-n2162890
