Boomers are getting close to eternity. Get this. Four out of ten homes are owned by folks over age 60 according to Zillow. I'm the first of the Boom crowd being born in 1946.
Over the next two decades 21 million homes will be vacated.
There's always a downside, though. The great percentage of these homes will be in Florida, Arizona and other warmer climes; places the youngsters can't or don't want to move.
