I'm one of those guys with way too much time on his hands. I'll scroll the computer and come across items that read: the 20 best towns in the Midwest, the best places to vacation in the Ukraine, the 100 best dogs, the top 50 places to get murdered and on and on and on.
Last night I saw one that read 'The best chicken restaurants in each state'. I fully realize restaurants give money to these sites so they can get advertised but I always look at states I visit or live in.
