How To Not Respond To A Black Reporter

This is not the way to respond to a black interviewer. Joe seems to be having a problem dealing with Blacks.

Here's another gem:  Biden asserted that “what you all know, but most people don’t know, unlike the black community with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community — with incredibly different attitudes about different things.”
