Joey B. was campaigning in Pennsylvania for the other babbler, John Fetterman, and came out with this doozy discussing the Affordable Care Act of the last administration. He said, "And, by the way, if they do, that means---not a joke*, everybody, that's why we defeated it in 2018 when they tried to do it. We went to 54 states." This is beyond embarrassment.
*What is this 'not a joke' crappola? I've known people who utter three phrases constantly; the same three every single day----Not a joke.
