A couple of weeks ago an intelligent person asked me, what's the difference between mail-in voting and voting by absentee ballot?
It's fairly simple. This is how the population of California voted for their congressional members two years ago. It's called 'ballot harvesting'.
In 2018, Democrats used mail-in voting and so-called “ballot harvesting” where a party operative can deposit mail-in votes for groups of voters to sweep Republicans almost entirely out of the state congressional delegation.
