Last Monday was what is now referred to by the Woke crowd as Indigenous Day. In my circles it's still Columbus Day. Anyway, around this time it's typical for the Leftists to start demanding professional ball teams get rid of their Indian monikers and last Monday was no exception.
Some 'wahoo yahoo' in Kansas City bemoaned the fact that the Kansas City Chiefs football team hasn't fallen line line as did the Washington Redskins football squad and Cleveland Indians baseball teams did.
So, your personal scribe has decided to take the bull by the horns and suggest the Kansas City squad now be called 'Not The Chiefs'.
