Oak Creek: It's Not Chicago

Chicago Mayor Rahm 'Values' Emmanuel rises every morning at 5:30 a.m. His first call is to Superintendent of Police Garry McCarthy to find out the number of murders and shootings the night before.
While New York City and Los Angeles have seen a decrease in the number of murders the Windy City is seeing a chilling rise of a 38% murder rate in 2012. The reason is gang activity. Chicago now has more gangs than Los Angeles. The larger gangs have splintered into smaller gangs more prone to violence and personal vendettas.
