Tim Scott is a Black, Republican senator from South Carolina. He gave the response to Joey B's State of the Union.
Joy Behar is a blowhard on the TV show, The View. She had this to say about Mr. Scott:
"What does a Black man understand about what racism is really like in America?" I'm trying to get my hands around this but they don't reach to Saturn and back.
