Signs Of The Times

There was a story in one of the local rags about the bus driver shortage in the district. I may be a Phy Ed Major but even I have the answer: hire taller people.

I have a question for any Einstein's out there. Why has the Biden government promised $64 million dollars in aid to the Taliban government

A prime example of Biden's plan for slavery in the nation. His federal vaxx mandate excludes members of congress and their aides. "Tonto, explain that one to me."

My neighbor is an excellent guy. He's age 59, single and I've been over to his place to watch sports and dine. I was sick for a few days last July, tested negative for the Big C(the old big c has been replaced) and went on with my life. Yesterday I saw the man getting out of his car and sauntered over to chat. As I approached be backed off then asked, "Have you been vaccinated yet?" My answer forced him to tell me to keep my distance. My comeback was, "Tim, you've been vaxxed. What's the problem?" His response then was, "I'm still a carrier". Go figure. I know who how lepers felt in the time of Jesus.

There was a blurb in my hometown Iowa paper regarding a class reunion for the Class of '53. I think they're holding it in a phone booth. I shouldn't laugh. My class is next up on the death tee. I always tell my classmates they have the honors.

Rain today? Let's hope. I haven't watered Her Majesty's plants and she's been gone two weeks. If there is a God let it happen today.

I wonder exactly how many members of Congress have Alzheimer's. Don't know why I thought of this except Dianne Feinstein is questioning some former gymnastics olympians about sex abuse. All the while I'm thinking she's asking herself, "Why couldn't it be me?"

Did you know I visit a psychologist every two weeks? It's fun. He's a good guy and I can unload if I desire and know it will stay in his office. I believe it's much better to do this than hang out with people and moan and groan. Besides, it's free. He's a conservative thinker and for what more could a guy ask.

My poor ol' Charlie is slowing down lately. Sleep seems to be his passion. His whiskers are gray in color. He looks like Gabby Hayes but he's not even 8 years old. It saddens me but it's a part of life. Charlie is my very best friend.
