It's tough being a concerned citizen especially when those governing us are certifiable. There's a new program being initiated by the followers of the Clarabell and Bozo administration to regulate the use of drugs. It has been announced, via a $30 million dollar grant; we, you and I will be funding the purchase of crack pipes along with instructions on how to properly use them.
And what is the reason for this dunce move? Well, it's an educational program to promote racial equality.
