To put these numbers in their proper perspective we must understand for all of 2015 there were ONLY 2,900 shot in the 'City With Big Shoulders'. Considering Chi'town is the home of Jesse Jackson I would think he would make his presence known. Big Al Sharpton sure could find some company(ies) in Chicago to perform one of his famous shakedowns.
Or, is it they just don't care about their brethren?
