R.I.P. Rayshard Brooks

Mr. Brooks of Atlanta fame is being laid to rest today. Remember him? He was shot by an Atlanta policeman while running away. Brooks had stolen his taser and turned to fire. The cop beat him to it.

The policeman is being charged with first degree murder by a corrupt Atlanta DA who is fighting to save his job. Two weeks ago this same DA stated tasers can be considered using deadly force. He changed his tune.

I read a story last night at whotv.com out of Des Moines. There's a small town in Iowa, Nevada. It's 15 miles east of Ames. At 2:30 am one of it's fine citizens was brandishing a rather large sword at the police and wouldn't drop it. One of the local finest tasered him the dude died.

Anyway, according to the Atlanta Urinal newspaper Brooks was a fine man and good father. The following should be placed on his epitaph to prove the point.
