Joe Biden proclaims himself to be a supporter of the black movement and anti anything confederate. Back when Joe became senator, about the time Lincoln took office, he voted for the restoration of citizenship for Robert E. Lee. This was in 1975. In 1976 he voted to have the President of the Confederacy, Jefferson Davis to have his citizenship restored. In 1977 Jimmy Carter signed both these bills into office. Not a problem for Joe or any other Democrat. They'll tell us they've evolved.
