Milwaukee, Wisconsin used to be a fun, thriving city. My family came from Milwaukee dating back to the 1880's. My family spent some wonderful time there with our cousins. Nothing but great memories.
Milwaukee has changed dramitically. It is now one of the most violent towns in America. Black on black crime, percentage wise ranks at the top---------or bottom depending how one wants to look at it.
The has a councilman named Khalif Rainey. I suspect with that first name he wasn't born in Montana. He has proposed a resolution that the police and fire departments ban he use of canines on the force; specifically those of the breed German Shepherds. It's not that he doesn't like the dogs. It goes deeper. He says when people see them on the street they are reminded of their harsh history in Nazi Germany.
"Dear God, shoot me now!"
