According to Biden's official website:
"Establish a U.S. Public Health Jobs Corps to mobilize at least 100,000 Americans across the country with support from trusted local organizations in communities most at risk to perform culturally competent approaches to contact tracing and protecting at-risk populations."
This news bulletin is a scary approach to what we can look forward to. We already know, if the rigged election goes in his faavor the first order on his agenda will be a national lockdown. Since it's illegal for the office of the president to enforce this he can order his syncophats in states aka governors to initiate 100% mask wearing under penalty of law. The governors, in turn, would that mandate to local officials to follow their orders.
