What a deal this is---------some will use it for food, rent, clothing. Others will buy drugs and alcohol when there will be hundreds of thousands who send it back to their families south of the border. What a country.
It's no big deal. New Yorkers will continue to vote the way they have since William Marcy Tweed was running the City.
