It's All In One's Perspective

There was a man in this country who recently passed away. Among his holdings were one of the two original copies of the Declaration of Independence, the Gettysburg Address and a wanted poster for John Wilkes Booth.

The man's heirs had these items auctioned at Sotheby's auction center in New York City. The Declaration sold for $800,000. As for the Gettysburg Address it went for 200,000 and the wanted poster $80,000

There's a baseball card out there of Honus Wagner who played for the Pirates from 1897 to 1917. It recently was purchased for $3.25 million. A Mickey Mantle rookie card fetched $1.25 million.

This leads me to only one conclusion: Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and John Wilkes Booth hadn't mastered the art of running, throwing or hitting.
