As with most Americans I don't know a whole lot about our good neighbors to the north. I've a longtime friend who lives in Stony Creek, Ontario which is a part of Hamilton which is an hour west of Toronto. There, now you know something you didn't before today. See, I told you we don't know much. Anyway, my friends name is Rick and he once told me many years ago that Canada going east to west becomes more conservative. I figured it was because Quebec is French speaking and, well, you know how the French are when it comes to being effete snobs. But I digress.
The Prime Minister of Canada is named Justin Trudeau and is the son of a former P.M. Pierre Trudeau, known playboy of the western world. His parents divorced when Justin was five years old. His nanny at the time said that Justin was a mama's boy. Some things never change.
Did you know there's a protest going on in Canada? Yep. Truckers from all across the country are hooking up in the nations capitol of Ottawa to protest the vaxx mandates. Justin Trudeau is livid with anger. He's referred to them as Nazi's. Bad move on his part. There's a photo of Justin floating around from his earlier life. It isn't pretty. I wonder why liberals can get away with perceived racist actions yet conservatives aka normal people, are pilloried for nonsense. I remember former VP Mike Pence being mocked for admitting he doesn't lunch with other females other than his wife. He didn't want to provide fodder for sensationalist media frogs. He was laughed at and scorned by the likes of Whoopi Goldberg who I'll skewer later in this piece.
Anyway, here's the photo of Canadian PM Justin Trudeau. But it doesn't count since he was in college and probably had consumed a few adult beverages.
Here's another college photo from the college days of another southern non-racist. It's former Virginia governor Ralph Northam. He's the one on the left next to the his KKK buddy.. Boys will be boys, right?
Ted Danson gained fame in the television show 'Cheers'. Since then he has gone on to do virtually nothing. Did you know that after he divorced his first wife he took up with a Hollywood loser named Whoopi Goldberg? Yes, that Whoopi. In real life Whoopi's name was Cynthia Johnson but her mother requested she change it to a Jewish sounding name to gain acceptance from the Jewish folk. In 1993 Ms. Goldberg was attending a roast in her honor. Ted Danson was one of the insulting speakers. The result---It wasn't pretty. Aside from Danson's act being racist, vulgar with numerous sexual innuendos and downright embarrassing he survived because he's a leftist Hollywood elite so it's okay.
The really cool thing about celebs is they can show their true colors then after the fact then say how embarrassed they were and go on with their lives. A prime example of this would be that of actress Susan Sarandon who this past week made an arse of herself(again) by blasting the police from across the country who attended the funerals of the two fallen NY City policemen. Immediate hell was brought down on her. Then, as is typical of these clowns and clownettes, she apologized saying she was wrong. It's sort of like taking a pistol and shooting a person between the eyes then saying, "Oh, I was wrong. Forgive me." The damage is done.
I'm so upset about the previously mentioned Justin Trudeau and actions I'm going to go out to the kitchen and make myself another cup of coffee. The more things change the more they stay the same---or something like that.
