People who follow politics tend to get excited about potential problems for those on the other side of the aisle. In other words, we thrive on scandal hoping the potential crooks will finally receive their comeuppance. But in Washington D.C. satisfaction for the electorate is rarely if ever achieved.

Case in point. Conservatives have been waiting a few years for Benghazi to come to a final conclusion. Personally, I have no doubt the Obama administration along with Hillary orchestrated a massive cover-up. If you don't believe this then your one of those who thinks a terrible movie did cause the murder of four of our guys.

The next potentially huge scandal is Uranium One whereby the Administration of Obama was allowed to sell 20% of our uranium stock to the Ruskies. The Clinton's garnered millions from this venture.

If you have your shorts tight in anticipation of jail for the aforementioned don't get excited. This is the way D.C. works:

1.) The electorate become aware of a political issue or action; often illegal.

2.)  The electorate become angry.

3.) DC needs to protect itself.

4.) Countermeasures are assigned and deployed to delay, obfuscate and create the illusion of investigation of the illegal governmental action.

5.) Electorate watch.

6.) Investigation goes nowhere.

7.) Countermeasure deployment successful.

Repeat.
