Hey! It's Columbus Day. Do you know what it meant to me when I was a kid? It was a day off of school.
Regardless, I'm celebrating today by looking at pictures of Sophia Loren and Gina Lolabrigida. I'll give a hip hip hooray to the three times I've visited Italy to thank them for their contributions to our nation.
Besides, the Italians pushed to have this day because of persecution in this nation by nativists.
It must still be an important day; no mail delivery.
I'm going to eat spaghetti for dinner.
