By now even a third grader knows baseball's All-Star game has been yanked from Atlanta due to the Georgia law requiring voters to show an ID. Sometimes, though, people get caught in a trap of their own making.
As an example, let's say you call ahead of tickets or someone leaves tickets for you at the Will Call window. You walk up and announce your name and ask for the tics. And-------are you ready for this------the person at the ticket window is required to ask you for your ID. No ID no ticket.
You can't make this stuff up.
