Joe Biden gave the commencement address to the graduates of the Coast Guard today. I sort of doubt I'd begin this way:
"You're a really dull class. Come on, man. Is the sun getting to you?" Biden said Wednesday in Connecticut after comparing the Coast Guard with the Navy. "All kidding aside, being here together is a victory in and of itself."
In closing remarks Joe came up with this gem.
“There’s a saying that we use in a different context, a Chinese saying that says, ‘Women hold up half the world."
