There isn't a person alive who doubted the benefits of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. For years they're provide wishes for terminally ill children.
CEO of the organization made an announcement this week that has many scratching their heads. From now on those children who are about to die will not be given the special gift if they have not been vaccinated.
