There's an epidemic of car theft taking place in our major Democrat run cities. To date Philadelphia has had 90 since January 1. It would be bad enough if these vehicles were in parking lots and empty of bodies but they aren't. Real live people; mothers and children are in these autos.
Well, the powers to be in Philly have tips for potential subjects to avoid becoming victims.
- Getting in and out of vehicle
- Residential driveways
- Parking lots and garages
- Gas stations
- ATMs
- Streets with poor lighting.
- It seems to me the onus is on the innocent but not the criminal. "Hey, it's your fault your car was stolen. The street light wasn't functioning."
