Joe Biden was in Pittsburgh this past week to speak on his favorite topic, infrastructure. Coincidentally, a few hours prior to his arrival a bridge in town collapsed. Luckily, there were no deaths but Joey took advantage of the collapse in his garbled speech.
Come to find out there was money set aside for that specific bridge to be repaired. As luck would have it those funds were diverted to make a bike trail and to be set aside for green energy programs, And the beat goes on.
