I've heard a number of people on the Left, Biden included, speaking on the Supreme Court decision. What i'm hearing is, 'the Court cannot overturn law that has been in effect for 50 years.' Okay, on that basis then we should look at the Supreme Court Case of 1896, Plessy vs. Ferguson. The justices ruled that racial segregation is legal. If this is the criteria for elimination Roe then the Civil Rights Act of 1964, getting rid of segregation, should be null and void.
