Joltin' Joe is on a rant about how we need to fund, not defund, the police. That's weird because he and a slew of his Democrat cohorts beginning with the George Floyd debacle have blasted the police. Kamala Harris even exhorted people to Go Fund Me cash to let out Minnesota protesters. As it turns out one of the dudes who was released on bail due to Kammy's pleading is now back in jail------being charged with murder.
