Joe Biden on Tuesday traveled to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to promote his ‘Safer America Plan’ to ‘reduce gun crime.’ (Joe spoke about how bullets from an AR-15 travel faster than bullets coming out of other guns-except he was wrong).
Things went sideways when Joe Biden veered off-script and told a story about being the “only white guy” working as a lifeguard in Delaware.
Biden told the crowd that this part of town, which is full of blacks, has the ‘highest crime rate in the country.’
Oh and this place with the highest crime rate also had the “best basketball” in the state.
“There’s a place where I was the only white guy that worked as a lifeguard down in that area, on the East side. And you know, you could always tell where the best basketball in the state is.”
But wait, it gets worse. He spotted a small child in the audience and said, "How are you, baby? How old are you? …
Things got even worse after she told him that she was nine years old the pervert said:
