The video shows the 34-year old from Georgia at the edge of the crowd near the West Capitol Steps. Only minutes after this video was taken Rosanne would be at the bottom of a ceiling-high human pile, fighting to breathe as she was doused by cops with chemical irritants that sucked the oxygen out of air.
