Do you recall when the Covid scare was going on and the government decided to pay out money to businesses to keep them from going down the tubes. The program was referred to as the Payment Protection Program. Millions upon millions were doled out to keep companies afloat but with most every program initiated by the crooks in Washington D.C. there were flaws.
Come to find out 52% of small businesses were exempted from these gifts. They didn't receive a dime. It's why businesses like Walmart were allowed to stay open but small family owned firms failed.
As an example, Tom Brady of NFL fame was loaned $986,000. Now, the guy has a net worth of $200 million. One week after he received the money Brady purchased a million dollar yacht. I'm not saying there's a correlation but it sure seems strange. Wait! It gets better. Three days ago the loan given Brady was forgiven. Try and imagine the many other influential folks who also gained. i think the phrase 'gaming the system' applies.
But, it wasn't only Brady. Hunter Biden has a art business with one other guy. They, too, received at least 50K to stay afloat. It seems to me Hunter could've avoided the paperwork and called his Chinese buddies.
My oh my, the little guy doesn't stand much of a chance, does he?
