Joe Biden had two brain aneurysms. According to The New York Times, Joe Biden suffered from two brain aneurysms in 1988. "I had two cranial aneurysms, and they literally had to take the top of my head off," Biden said at the White House National Conference on Mental Health (via CNS News). There's a joke readily available with his statement but I won't go down that road. In addition, Biden was forced to drop out of the '88 run for the presidency because he quoted verbatim a speech from a British scholar.
