We dropped Direct TV for Spectrum only because Direct's bills were getting as high as Mt. Everest. Here's the problem. When you sign up for a new provider there are glitches. Today I made a trip to the store because my wifi and phone and TV weren't working. It's a half hour drive but no big deal---if you do it once. I was told I needed a new modum and router. Heck, I don't know what they are or what they do so I made the trip home and back and home. This nonsense is a given.
Charlie, thankfully, has had his fill of cicadas. It's about time. Science guys tell us they'll be gone in a week. I hope so. Someone should come up with a new name for them. These are called Brood X. I think we should have a name provided by the common man. Let's call them The Little Bastards.
I listened to a replay of a Rush Limbaugh segment today about privileged white women. He said that at the BLM rallies six out of every seven participants are white, college educated females. Those degrees in Sociology are magnificent.
Friends from The Villages, Florida had lunch with us today. This made me jealous. A year without winter sounds like Candyland to me. Now I have to convince Her Majesty.
I'm ready for a road trip. I've been invited to a private party and charity golf outing at the home of former heavyweight boxing champion, Larry Holmes. It's in Easton, Pa. It's only an 8 hour drive but the only reason I have for not going is I don't want to. If not Pennsylvania them maybe southwest Missouri, Oklahoma or Texas for potential moving areas. Priority number one is it has to be a Red State.
Some good news out of Oregon if you happen to cow. There's an initiative headed to the people to ban the slaughter of animals for human consumption. It's cruelty to animals they vegans say which includes artificial insemination.(Sexual abuse).
