It's About The Price Of Food

In my house I do quite a bit of the shopping when it comes grocery time. Today, for instance, I needed to pick up a dozen eggs. At Kroger there are a variety of sizes and grades of eggs. I usually buy the trailer park variety, those that are the cheapest and come from white trash chickens. I didn't buy any. The price for the generic Kroger brand came in at $4.77. Gee whiz, when Trump was in office weren't they going for .99 cents a dozen? It isn't just eggs, either. Since Dec. 1 of '22 food prices have risen by 10%. That's a lot of money especially when folks are feeding a family of four.

The Democrats have an excuse for this nonsense. They're blaming it on the bird flu. Sorry boys, the price of tea in China has a lot more to do with other factors aside from Foghorn Leghorn's wife. Being that I'm a conspiracy theorist I thought you might want to chew on this tidbit of info:

"The author of the article tells us this particular strain of H5N1 bird flu is called "Gs/GD HPAI" — short for Goose/Guangdong (Gs/GD), a highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI).  (And if you're wondering, Guangdong province is 609 miles from Wuhan as the crow flies.  However, to be clear, this is an enzootic influenza, not a coronavirus.)"
China is also developing a vaccine to sell us....
