How does a guy who is drowning realize he's dead? How does a City who is being rampaged with gun violence know they can be taken off life support?
Chicago is awash in murders. You knew this. The world knows this. Mayor Lori Lightfoot has a thousand and one reasons for the murders(which she recently said were on the decline). She blamed Covid, Trump, and every other conservative aspect at hand. Of course, she blamed the police.
Well, I think I've found a bit of info that might explain why Chicago is dead in the water. In 'That Toddlin Town' there are 113,000 gang members. These aren't gangs the type of which Opie Taylor organized. These are hardcore kill 'em all gangs. On the other hand there are 13,000 policemen in Chicago.
