A couple days ago I posted about the amount of cash Hunter was paying his dad to rent their Delaware home(Where a few documents were stored in the garage--with Joe and Jill not being there). Joe was charging his kid the sum of $49,910 per month and this payment went on for one year which was 2018 . For this Iowa boy the number seemed extravagant especially considering realtors in Wilmington said the maximum price per month should be around 7K. That's sort of a big difference and I don't have a definitive answer as to why but the following showed up on the blog Ace of Spades:

He put down money for offices in a swank office building on the banks of the Potomac.
Is this what's referred to as money laundering?
